A good controversial play would be a highlight of the final game. For example, a blocking vs no blocking by a play at home plate.

I don't know how dumb I am, but any pitcher can utilize the rule. There doesn't even need to be a rule he is a DH who hits for pitchers. Sometimes he is a pitcher, but there are numerous pitchers all game, everygame.
