With count of 2-0 , if I am Julio I take that next pitch . See if pitcher goes 3-0 on you or a 2-1 as you saw , Julio swinging there chased a low outside pitch that would have been 3-0 . Too aggressive there for me. Maybe others on here would be swinging .. not me !

I do that as if you draw the walk you have Raleigh up next.

PS Even on the 3-2 pitch , Julio really chased on another bad low outside pitch that was a ball 4 . Too bad !

Yeah, they should savor this feeling. It won't last.

Hero ball by Rodriguez. And that was after Smoltz said he would be doing everything to reach base to give Cal a shot. Yeah, right.

Blue Jays became just the 4th team to lose the first two games at home & win best of 7 series

Royals in 85
Mets in 86
Yankees in 96
and now Blue Jays in 2025 So from Yankees to Toronto a 29 year gap .. after a 1 year gap, then 10 year gap .

Yeah , for sure ! Remember that walk followed by the single set up Springer's heroics . Walks are huge !

I'm thinking Wilson should have brought in his closer with the game on the line in the 7th. No doubt that will be questioned.

Sure the Monday Morning quarterbacks will be on the MLB TV shows only it will be the Tuesday morning 20/20 Hindsight boys to do it on MLB.

Maybe St.Louis media should ask Oli what he would have done there . Love to hear his answer .

The Seattle manager never seems to learn.
I was thinking that same thing when he switched pitchers.

Dicktar2023 wrote: 20 Oct 2025 21:38 pm Wow. Quite a moment.

It feels like it's 10-0 Toronto right now. Hopefully, Seattle realizes it isn't.

Right? 2 looong innings left but that was an absolute soul crusher, still time for SEA
That was if Pujols off Lidge was in STL and not HOU lol
not really - Toronto won't be finished 48 hours later!
