Here's some context for you. Busch is hard on RH power guys, while Chavez Ravine is friendly. Your assumption that Hernandez would dupe his 2024 power numbers if lifted up and set down in StL ignores that fact. I'm not sure any of us would have enjoyed his 2025 season as a Card. Average it out. 29 HRs, 94 RBIs the last 2 years as he had 25 HRs and 89 RBIs this year. Not too shabby with an ISO of .207 and a SLG of .454 this year. And so far this postseason, he has 4 HRs and 10 RBIs in 8 games covering 36 PAs. That is a productive player and a money player. The Dodgers are getting value.
Hernandez had 3 HRs and 12 RBIs in 16 postseason games last year. That's pretty good production. And I don't give a s*** about Naylor. I like Teoscar. You're right that he's having a stand-out post-season and has had others, although he wasn't much last year. Where I get off is bringing up the hot guy as one that got away. I look forward to your view of Josh Naylor.
RBIs are a function of the team...people on base. Also he hits in the playoffs. People constantly underestimate the value of playoff experience, yet that is one of the biggest reasons the Dodgers are dominating.

But postseason is where he has really shined. In 28 games, he has 9 HRs and 26 RBIs. And a wRC+ of 138.
I guess that would not be good enough for the Cardinals, according to some on this forum.
