Lets see what he does this year, I genuinely think that Thomas money and term is not out of the question. Logan I think would benefit from a prove it contract so I am going to predict a bridge deal 2 million per year.
He's gonna sign for less than he makes now?

I hope you're right.
Who are you talking about??
Uh, Mailloux?

That's what I thought, but Mailloux makes $850,000 this year. So $2M per year is more, unless mrsnugglerollinoversomething has other math.

2 million for Logan would be a raise.
He would NOT be signing for less.

If you are living on here just trolling for attention….and least be good at it.
You look foolish.

There are eight defensemen drafted in 2019 or later who have signed extensions of at least five years and are in either the first or second year of those extensions (the players’ ages in parenthesis):

Luke Hughes, New Jersey (22) — 7 years, $9M AAV
Moritz Seider, Detroit (24) — 7 years, $8.55M AAV
Brock Faber, Minnesota (23) — 8 years, $8.5M AAV
Owen Power, Buffalo (22) — 7 years, $8.35M AAV
Jake Sanderson, Ottawa (23) — 8 years, $8.05M AAV
Kaiden Guhle, Montreal (23) — 6 years, $5.5M AAV
Cam York, Philadelphia (24) — 5 years, $5.15M AAV
Alex Vlasic, Blackhawks (24) — 6 years, $4.6M AAV

There are two more defensemen who have already signed max 8-year extensions that begin with the 2026-27 season:

Jackson LaCombe, Anaheim (24) — 8 years, $9M AAV
Lane Hutson Montreal (22) — 8 years $8.85M AAV

After last night and seeing Snuggerud buzzing around i think Jimmy Snipes is going to get a big extension as well hopefully Stillman and co. have the cash to keep this thing together it could be a juggernaut.

Kyrou $8.1
Thomas $8.1
Buchnevich $8
Parayko $6.6
Fowler $6.1 ('28-'29)
Schenn $6.5 ('27-'28)
Faulk $6.5 ('26-'27)

Thats actually not too bad we dont really like the Buch deal today but he will catch fire at some point and bank a ton of points, Faulks deal is ending Schenn may stick around for less year-to-year.

Holloway $8x8
Broberg $8x8
Snuggerud '27-'28 will be interesting to see what he makes, he could absolutely go on a tear the next two seasons and get a huge deal
Neighbours '27-'28 same with Jake, he looks amazing right now we are seeing his ascension as a team leader he does everything well he will be locked up long term

Thomas Harley (Dallas) signed an eight-year extension with another significant cap hit ($10.587M AAV)

Right now, Holloway is not playing himself into an $8 million a year contract. I wish he would.
