I live 2 and one half hours from the stadium and went to one game at Busch. I usually attend a few Cards games a year and usually one in Chicago or one in Atlanta where my daughter lives.

I went to two games this year vs. around 20 during most seasons - prolly won't go to any next year.

I attended 2 games at Busch this season, which is just about average for me in the last ten years. I used to attend 5-10 games a season for many years, but the cost has increased so much I had to cut back. I do watch just about every game on television, regardless of their performance. I consider myself a "die-hard" Cardinal fan since I was just a boy in the 60's, and I will not abandon my love for the team, or the game. It is in my blood. I am highly disappointed in the recent decisions DeWitt and Mo have made, and I hope that a new regime will return the team to being highly competitive very soon.

I agree 100% on all accounts other than I use to attend 20+ games a year and had season tickets one year. When I first attending games on my own it was a short drive from Illinois to Busch I and it was inexpensive to get into the park. I can remember it was 90 cents to get into the bleachers.

I live far from STL - but I do travel an awful lot and attempt to catch the Cardinals when they are in cities where I have meetings.
2-3 times per season, on average, according to my schedule.
Just 1 this season.
Because I travel, I watch via my MLBTV subscription.
Probably 120 games this season.

Zero games & I trimmed back on how many I watched. There was next to nothing compelling about this team.

Plus, on the radio I wish Rooney could do the games solo. Horton is fingernails on chalk when it comes to radio play by play.

Also zero but did watch most of them on Fanduel. Needed my baseball fix. It was kind of entertaining, seeing how many ways we could find to lose. And I'd take Horton over Brad any day, although I wish both of them would get lost. It's so St. Louis to lose Kelly, and keep those two.

Saw all 3 when Cards were visiting AZ ....

Cards got swept and were barely even competitive.

Still had fun with the family despite the Cards cr@pfest.

If they ever set it up to where Horton & Thompson are the broadcast...

Ate more tixs than I ever have.

Reminded of when I was a kid going to games in the late 70's, half empty or more stadium most games.
Was thinking the same thing..this season mirrored some of those 70's teams..Now, will the 2030's be like the 80's?

I recall just $2 bleacher tix which is where I often sat in the 70's.

I used to attend about 40 games a year, but as I got older it became too much of a hassle. I only attended one game this year, sat in what we used to call the bleachers, in the lower deck down the left field line. Seventy bucks a ticket, thirty bucks to park, Fifty Five bucks for 4 dogs and a small beer. These are the same seats that as a kid, cost me 75 cents. With young eyes those seats were fine, but these old eyes made it difficult to enjoy the game, plus they got pummeled and were never in the game. Still love the Cards but would rather sit in front of the TV nowadays.

My sister lives on the other side of the river and I come to the area to visit her. For several years now she’s asked if I want to go to the game while visiting her and the answer is always the same. No. Haven’t bought an article of clothing, either. Do you hear that, II?

I attended to. Both with free tickets and both because my daughters wanted to go to eat expensive food and complain about the heat

Hoping for zero next year
