Burleson is a future All Star. Saggese is going to be a very good, Maybe even a future All Star. Many of you, including craviduce, didn't listen to me in the past regarding Burleson. How'd my Burleson forecast turn out? You might want to listen to me regarding Saggese.

Now that's just crazy nonsense. Saggese an All Star? That sounds like some Mozeliak [nonsense] right there.

Shady’s “Burleson forecast”: 1) “Burleson is the next Tony Gwynn.” 2) “Burleson is the next Joey Votto.” 3) “Burleson is an Edman-type player with good speed.” 4) “Burleson is an all-star caliber player.”

I guess Bloom’s first move should be to extend Burleson for 10-15 years so we can finally see this all-star form you keep telling us about.

We just need Willy C to finally waive that NTC so he can get the hell out of his way!

Will Burly win MVP? Will Roby win the Cy Young? Will Sagesse win a silver slugger and gold glove at every position? Will every NTC be waived??

What Burleson will be, even before he is an All-Star, is trade bait.

In the bizarro Shadyverse, the Cardinals traded him straight-up for Paul Skenes. And then they traded Jordan Walker for Bubba Chandler.
Sign me up for this non-Burly side of shadyverse. I'll have what he's smoking.

That was my first question as well. Would anyone really take Saggesse over Donavan? Not me!

HORRIBLE

Sagesse is NOT an everyday player.

IF Donny is dealt, then he becomes the SUP (needs to learn how to play LF this spring).

JJW is best suited at 2nd base where his bat would be special, it doesn't profile as well at 3rd base which needs a power bat.

And Burly is a platoon player, you're giving away way too many PA's if you play him vs LHP (.234 .269 .331 .600).

So, the 10th leading MLB hitter in batting average is a platoon player? ok

Listen to you regarding Saggese?

You mean how you have concerns about his hitting and think he should be traded? viewtopic.php?p=13141405&hilit=Saggese#p13141405
