my favorite he did not appear in. A River Runs Through it. He directed and narrated. fantastic movie, and the end will make you ponder your life and maybe enjoy the moment a little more than you currently do

Did anyone see "Brubaker"? It came out in 1980. Morgan Freeman was in it, too, in an early role.
This is my first post, again... Longtime lurker, sometime poster since before the original "Our Season is Over" post.

Great movie, saw it at the drive-in.

He's the incoming Wardon who goes undercover into the prison as a prisoner before taking over.

The Natural and Remember the Titans (Didn't have Robert Redford in it) became two movies that my daughter and I watched as a Father/Daughter thing. When my daughter went to play in high school and then college, she wore #9 because she loved this movie.
