I’m shocked by the lack of replies from the OP. Seems like an opportunity to have that “baseball discussion” he craves.

He’ll only reply to the snark. For those who bothered to make a serious reply, the most you’ll get is “good point” or “good post”.

Considering how some are struggling as MLB hitters. The Cardinals just might want to hang on to Donovan and Burleson for a while. Donovan, Burleson, Contreras, Herrera, Winn and Wetherholt are the offensive nucleus going into next season.

Gorman and Walker need a change of scenery.

Saggese should be hitting much better than he is now. Obviously, he is going to need to make some adjustments to the way MLB pitchers are attacking him.

Gorman is not on the list but is still a problem because he cannot field a skilled position.

There are five above average hitters on the team and one (Fermin) has barely played enough to fall below average.

I dont necessarily disagree, but just find it funny that just a few weeks ago you were overhyping saggese and now you want him traded.
