Sorry, I hope they score 10 runs off of Mikolas. If they can't see this guy is done they deserve to be embarrassed, same with Pallante.

Not sure I despise any player in MLB more than Pham. The guy is subpar at everything and is barely hanging by a string in MLB until he plays the F'n Cardinals at which point he turns into the Natural.
And after that grand slam in his first PA with the Cards last year he was completely worthless.

There's plenty but everything about him rubs me the wrong way, mostly because of his bad attitude and how putrid a player he is for the Cardinals and when playing anyone but the Cards.
Winn hosed on that at bat had to chase off the plate after the first pitch called a strike 3 inches outside.

2 of the 3 balls Winn swung at was outside the strike zone. This team just looks like it has given up.

The series IN Pittsburgh was rock bottom. Getting shut out 3 games in a row against the Pirates was the end of all hope for 25. Everything now is just epilogue.

Chip, Walker "is a massive man who's way off the plate" as he swings at strike three on the outside that he can't reach. Maybe he should move up?

If we aren't there, we're approaching it. But fair warning: 2026 isn't going to be much rosier. We just won't have to watch $18.5 MM/year pitchers putting up 5.00+ ERAs every fifth day.

It gives a longer at bat and more TV air time for Chip and Brad to discuss his batting woes .
