He actually had a great game. If any part of the ball touches any part of that box, it’s considered a strike. He will grade out very well tonight.

That's all I was trying to say. A lot of players especially ones that actually care lose their cool. Obviously anyone should take responsibility and get whatever penalties they are given for their actions

I can understand reacting especially if something is said to set him off.
But it’s one thing to get tossed....and it’s another going postal and potentially facing suspension.

Nice job, defending the indefensible. Pretty rich, a toolbox calling anyone else a tool.
Not defending just not ready to crucify someone for losing their cool because it happens. He will obviously get whatever penalties and deserve them for his actions.

It certainly was. It’s why he got dumped so quickly. It’s one thing to beef on a borderline or even a missed call, but down cock and center? Nope. Oli getting dumped was just as stupid. It’s one thing to have you player’s back, but to keep it up until you get dumped is just dumb.

After watching the replay, Willson asked the umpire why he threw him out of the game. He was fairly calm until the umpire told Willson his reason. You could read Wilson’s lips as he said, “ I never said that” , umpire, “Yes you Did” , Willson, now adamantly, “ I never said that” then the umpire replies again and Willson goes berserk! So, whatever the umpire said is what really fired him up. It must have been pretty bad, whatever the umpire said, but we’ll never know what that was. We’ll also never know if he is disciplined for it.

It doesn’t matter what was said dude, Contreas crossed a line you don’t cross, throwing a bat is taboo
