they could....he can't start, and he's sporadic at best as a reliever. Do you think he shows anything at all that will improve? He's a high WHIP starter and long reliever. I don't see anything great in his arsenal going forward. A pitching lab might help...like you suggest. I expected more out of his arsenal as a reliever. Maybe it can still come together.
