Has Bedell pitched himself off of being protected from the Rule V draft?

The rest of the SP going today look interesting.

he's gone unprotected twice in a row. I doubt they'll protect him now. No interest

this year, they'll focus on protecting the college guys from the 2022... Church, Crooks III, Hjerpe, Hansen, Mautz, Rajcic, Winquest....we might lose Brody Moore? Not sure. We're likely going to lose a few to the Rule 5 draft.

Josh Baez is our lone HS prospect that will need protecting from the 2021 draft.

Not sure on the DSL front.

they could....he can't start, and he's sporadic at best as a reliever. Do you think he shows anything at all that will improve? He's a high WHIP starter and long reliever. That's not great.

He's cheaper going forward I guess? I love the guy, loved the pick....but I know what he is.

I don't see anything great in his arsenal going forward. A pitching lab might help...like you suggest. I expected more out of his arsenal as a reliever. Maybe it can still come together. It's going to take a while....
