Should have fired the guy that hired him. Oli’s biggest issue is inexperience in my opinion. But he didn’t hire himself. Also the talent and team depth he has to play with is pathetic. But I would throw him in the “problem to be solved” category. However there are a lot of problems to solve on this team and in this organization.
