I'm on the trade Crooks train, but I can see the potential in that.
I'm on the "Trade Pozo at his highest value" train.

He seems like a good teamate. Always competes. He's really showed ability as a PH late inning bat. Should be a plus add in any package for a good SP prospect.

But Crooks and Bernal are coming soon. Rodriguez is following up if he can stick at catcher. Pozo was just holding the chair for who's next up. If Herrera stayed healthy and showed better catcher defense, nobody knows who Pozo is.

But his legend continues to grow. The Cardinals should cash in on it. If you argue that Crooks or Bernal would get a better SP, I'm in on that too.
That Crooks would get a better return is my argument. His trade value is about 4 times higher than Pozo's. He could be packaged with Nootbaar, or someone else for a meaningful return. I like Crooks, and if he were all we had I would be happy with him, but Bernal is better defensively, hits for more power, is a switch hitter, and is younger, so... I would feel like we were in a very good spot if we had Bernal and Pozo doing the catching in St. Louis for the forseeable future.
+1.
SP is the need. Trade from strength at catcher.

I'd move on from Pages, J.A.G.

Bring up Crooks.

Wouldn't mind seeing a Crooks/Pozo tandem in 2026 (or until Bernal- .275 .361 .454 .815 at AA is ready).

He’s in the zone. The Pozone.
