You are both asking for a lot. Perhaps we should just be happy if our team takes the field and tries their best?

why not herrera catching -- burly at dh and walker in the OF just to get them all in the lineup ---- see Oli there is a way to play them all.
Oli said when herrera returned from il that herrera is probably done with catching this season due to health concerns on his knee and hamstring. I dont think hes even taking practice reps there anymore

Donovan is hitting .234 with a .313 OBP batting leadoff. Maybe try something new? Not that it really matters.
Horrible lead off batter, but the haven’t had a good lead off batter in years. Nootbar 4, Winn 5, Gorman 6. And the rest after. Good lord. How pathetic can you be get. Wow

I don’t mean to sound like Melville, but this is exactly what I said would happen when Gorman and Nootbaar came off of the IL.
If Arenado was healthy, Gorman wouldn’t be starting either. It’s just plain insanity, the way Marmol fills out a line up. Walker is starting to figure some things out, so….hey, Oli says… you need to sit out awhile, cool off a little bit. There’s no way to explain his stupidity!

Walker is batting .227 with a .606 OPS this season.
Walker in his last 7 games is hitting .227. Geez, we really don't want to cool that hot bat off................
I think things are going to be ok if Walker sits tonight, both short term and long term.

Agree! The Cardinals need to know if they fit in their plans for next season.
