Probably a formula that could be surmised here. Season tickets up 15%, attendance down 15%

Lessee, pay more for a worse product, but we’ll make it up on increased volume?

Still free on the radio.

Before retirement, an executive where I worked actually said "What we lose per unit, we make up in volume". He obviously is consulting for the DeWitt family.

Since you are part of a season ticket package group , could you confirm if this story is true.
It was reported in the article that a radio station received an email reporting 2026 ticket price hike of 15% plus payment by end of Sept rather than the uusual Jan. deadline.
Contact the person whose name is on your group accout , please. It just seems odd that one person put out this story and that apparently no others (who are season ticket holders ) came forward to say 'Yep, I got the same email .'
Thanks if you can confirm if your group leader received the same email or if someone is trying to stir the pot .

Not the guy you asked but I just read a comment from Rocko on another thread that he's got his invoice, he's contemplating dropping from 4 seats to 2 and they want their money earlier than usual. He didn't say anything about an increase but he's the guy to ask.ramfandan wrote: ↑02 Aug 2025 12:46 pmSince you are part of a season ticket package group , could you confirm if this story is true.

Is he the same guy who went to DeWitt singing his version of 'Take me Out to the Ballgame ' (singing ) ... Sell them pricey peanuts, and Cracker Jac k.. We don't care if they ever come back ' ... So it's root root for the ballclub .. the tix will be higher each game .. so it's 1 , 2 , 3 strikes and their gone at the old ball game !
