Teams that play outdoors. I can't stand to watch Arena baseball.

I also hate indoor baseball. The elements should be part of the game.

With the Cardinals surrender, who do you cheer for now--both in the NL Central and in MLB overall?
Personally, I will cheer for the Brewers--primarily because I cannot bear cheering for either the Reds or Cubs.
Nationally, I will at least pay more attention to the Mariners and potentially to any other team that Arenado may be traded to, except the Cubs, who secretly I would like to see pick up Arenado (just to see him finish in Wrigley).
I hope Maton is traded to the Brewers as well as Sonny Gray should he be dealt.

Milwaukee. I hate them this year, but I hate them a lot less than I hate the Cubs. Both this year and in general. For I am somebody that wishes Pete Crow-Armstrong in particular no happiness in his life.

The answer, you see, is easy as ABC.
Anybody but Cubs.
If the Cubs play the Dodgers in the NLCS, you should cheer for the Cubs. I'd rather the Cubs get to a WS than the Dodgers get closer to the Cardinals' 11 WS titles. But, that is the one and only scenario.
nope - I'd still root for the Dodgers.

That probably leads to an excessive amount of disappointment.

Excellent point, Woofy. I would grudgingly root for the Small Bears. I’ve hated the LA Dogdirts since 1963.

Once the Cards are eliminated, I will pull for the Brewers since they are doing what the Cards should have been doing and proving it can be done.
IMHO, the Brewers just have never gotten hot during the playoffs but it could happen this year.
I doubt anyone has better pitching. They just need some hot bats.

I cheer for the Cards until their season is over, and no more games to play.
If the Cards dont make the playoffs this year? I'll root for the Brewers. I like the way they play.

Being on the west coast the Padres were always my 2nd favorite team. I usually take a trip down there every year when the cardinals play (can't this year because of work).
Hoping this is the year they finally break through and win a World Series.
Would love a padres/mariners series!

Won't actively root for any team in the NL. Rays would be my first alternate choice as an under-funded, underdog franchise but they appear to be fading. Mariners look to be an interesting follow for the rest of the season. They just added Suarez and Naylor to go along with Cal Raleigh. Not sure how strong their rotation is, but the lineup has firepower. Plus, they've never won the WS.

I'm not throwing in the towel yet on the cards until they are mathematically eliminated.
Yeah I'm dumb and naive I guess
