Yes, I’m sure the Blue Jays would be excited by the idea of trading the #2 prospect in their system for the expiring contract of Phil Maton.

Please stop.

Burleson and Saggese and Maton for Yesavage.
It'll take Donovan

Why do good posters keep responding to him?
Why? Someone who keeps responding to him please explain it to me. Thanks!

I've seen Yesavage pitch in person and he is impressive. However, not sure the Cardinals are moving the kind of players that would yield him as a return.
Re: Toronto has seven pitchers on their top ten prospects list
Yesavage could really give the Cardinals' '26 starting rotation a lift. Maybe even this season with the current situation. It will take a nice offer to have a chance at getting him. Could Maton and Gorman get it done?

Are you crazy, the kid has a total of 21 AA innings. Now he maybe the next Nolan Ryan but at moment he needs to prove he can do it at AA and AAA before he joins any teams MLB rotation.

So Nootbaar wouldn't work in addition to Maton? Is that what you are saying?NYCardsFan wrote: ↑31 Jul 2025 12:12 pmToronto will demand “the next Tony Gwynn / Joey Votto.”Shady wrote: ↑31 Jul 2025 12:11 pmInteresting.
