I like what they did w/him during his latest re-hab at Memphis (Bloom's development system at work!).

He's more upright w/a more open stance.
Let’s see how long it lasts, he looked better in ST/early season, too, but slowly went back to old ways.
I haven’t read about this. What did they do specifically that rock is referring to?
Bloom pixie dust
Since no one else has opined differently, I'll take your answer as the truth :D

rock tends to make things up and then disappear when asked to explain himself.

Actually, Walker had a wide open stance. He closed it up and isnt as upright.

Bingo. He still needs to close it more and crouch down a bit more.

This happens from time to time with him.

He has a good week and people start talking about his new stance and new approach.
I agree...but I don't think it's fools gold...I think we are going to see him have longer stretches of success....not sure what the final production will be ...but I think he finishes this year out strong

My reccomendation to big strong guys is watch video of this guy and do what he did. Not much movement.

Yeah, I was rided by some lightweights for suggesting he use more of a Pujols stance and then several of us posted screenshots of most of the tall, great hitters (Judge, Winfield, etc.) and they all were crouched much more. In baseball and other sports, bending your knees provides better balance and allows you to reach the outside pitch.

Yes the big guys who were really good were already in hitting position with their stances. All Albert really did was shift his hips toward the pitch. Very little other movement. These guys are strong enough they don’t have to generate power with motion. Loved Dave Winfield.
