What are you talking about waxing cars? I never said Bloom was a miracle worker. But if he's just decent at evaluating and obtaining talent, he will be an improvement over the current fool who sucks in those areas.

Bloom has a tough job ahead. John Mozeliak has laid several big turds that need cleaned up.
