Is it just Bolduc? Nothin else? If so then that’s beyond fair, even tho I loved Bolduc and his potential, but if Mailloux hits, everyone’s gonna be extremely happy lookin back. This is the potential thumper with a kilker shot who hasnt come close to bein the finished product at age 22.

I absolutely HATE trading Bolduc. But this fills a pretty desperate need for the Blues and we have a ton of depth at wing. I wonder if the Blues think Stancl is close to being ready for that 3rd line.

Sucks bad to lose Bolduc. But the Blues need a RHD. He's 6'3" and about 210 lbs. Looks like he might be ready to make the jump to the NHL.

I really hate losing Bolduc. That one will sting. But the Blues had to trade from strength.

As far as his personal issues...no one better than Monty to get the kid on straight if the kid needs it.

Big RHD with some power and some offensive game. We have a glut at wing both on the big club and in the pipeline. Have to give to get.

And for the volume of complaining about Kyrou's playoff performance Boldouc basically was a shadow of his regular season self and he took several really stupid penalties. I'll give him the rookie benefit of the doubt but he didn't do a thing in that series. That being said I'll miss him but this seems like a good hockey trade.

Looking forward to MN and SEA's opinions here.
