I think he's forcing the Cardinals to re-think RF where he's outplaying Walker and vastly outhitting him.
I would really like to know how C Bloom feels about this roster, and his true thoughts on Walker and Gorman
Bloom is probably thrilled about some of the young pitchers coming along in the organization.
I think you are right about that Shady. Who wouldn't be happy with Mcgreevy Matthews and Roby
Have you considered looking for real human interaction instead of carrying on conversations with your sock handles?
At first I started to laugh then I realized that this is in no way funny. It’s sad!
I come here to talk about the Cards/baseball which is a passion.
But....it is still entertainment and NOT major life issues like family, health, etc.
And I still don’t relish seeing anyone suffer with mental/emotional/behavioral issues.

This is why I post competing similar (and equally realistic) topics when I see the board flooded by less gentlemanly posters. So there can be REAL baseball discussion without all the disrespect.

There is an engaging advanced topic going on right now, but fair warning, The poster “not to be named” and the donkeypunchman won’t be happy with the diverting of attention and find some of my topics a bit of a mockery for some reason.

The next time Shady asks people to stick to baseball, note that there were responses on page 1 of this thread on topic that he didn’t bother to respond to while engaging multiple times in the responses he asks people not to make.

If Burleson EVER becomes a little more selective, he could be a .300 / 25-30 HR everyday corner OF.
As a big advocate for trading Burleson last winter (before he might lose all of his value), his long term resurgance would be great news for the Cards after Walker's continued struggles. He's clearly a better option than Walker at the moment.

Very glad to see strong signs of life (and some power) after it disappeared for 45% of a season. If he can OPS over .800, he can be a decent corner OF and can also fill in for the possibly injury-prone Herrera at DH.

I'm not convinced yet since he's been hot for only 6 weeks now. He was hot the middle third of 2024 but followed that with a disaster in the last third.
