Now.....who are going to give up to get BOTH of those prospects???
Helsley could get both with the right trading partner in need of a closer to make a deep run.
evidence? Please, give us the evidence.

Right now, Helsley would be rental for any team, and he's having a very bad year, and an extremely bad stretch of games. He wouldn't get both, probably wouldn't get either one.

You said the same 2 years ago with Dylan Carlson. Then you said the same about Arenado for 6 straight months last year...daily.
How do remember all this Shady history? Actually, I see it as a left-handed compliment from the Ru. Helsley will command at least one prime prospect in a deadline trade.
Again...how will a closer trending in the wrong direction, who is a 2-3 month rental, yield a Top prospect? What evidence do you have to back up the claim?

Why the nonsense? This is a timely Cardinals baseball topic. Obviously, you don't feel the need to discuss baseball. Just go away.
MY nonsense? Look in the mirror. These types of responses mean 'don't pay attention to the troll!'
Because you're like a cocaine addict on a bachelor trip = won't shut up - ever - and won't stop talking stupid.
Your topic is like saying, "I want world peace." It's fluff. It's impossible. And it's just words without any reasonable explanation as to how.
Get a stud pitcher and power hitter!! Oh, okay. Provide a reasonable explanation as to how -- or you are the bachelor trip dude?
This is a Cardinals baseball discussion message board. Go somewhere else if it bothers you to see other posters having baseball discussion. I identified Helsley as being a prime chip that could get at least one of the objectives I suggested.Quit trying to cause trouble. Go away. You won't be missed.

Possibly but doubtful as Helsley is a pending FA and I doubt any team gives up that much under the circumstances?

Stay tuned. Some team just might be really starved for a deep playoffs run.

What the hell has Roby or Sagesse done for this team anyway? And who has proclaimed either of them “studs”other than the one lone (redacted) we all know so well here?

And no one is sweetening any pot or giving us a (bleep) thing for Alec Burleson.

He alone could not bring back 2 "stud" or elite prospects since he is only under control for the remainder of this year

Reasonable OP.

The plan was to rid /sell Goldie Mik and Matz. One happened. The plan is still to sell Mik and Matz. Both will bring a nice prospect under blooms guys.

Then, off season add one big bat. Left or third. Play. Off season 2026 add TOR starter. League level.

2027- power house.

Patience men.

Agreed, just a breather to gather and re-group
