Umbers with Dodgers pretty good. Don’t understand the critique being negative. Wish we still had him. Rather him than Arenado, Gorman, etc.
I'd rather have Fedde at $7 vs TGTE and his $56 million + contract

240/.287/.444/.731 - 331 PAs
That's okay for a utility player, but it's not quite the value he was with the Cards. He just turned 30.
Huh? Thats slightly above his career ops and the best year hes had since his rookie year with us that was a fluke year.
Now i think fedde is more valuable but im very confused by you saying that those numbers arent quite as great as he was with us unless you are only looking at batting avg. Even then its not that far down from his usual .260.
His power and slg% will go down and obp/avg up as season progresses

There is on place for him to play with the current cardinals personnel. Maybe Scott, but I want him to get ABs
Best D in baseball is a high bar

I liked the trade when it was made liked it when people were crying about edman in the post season when the cardinals still wouldn’t have made the post season if they kept him and still like it now. Fedde is a good starting pitcher more valuable to the cardinals than edman and I prefer the cards utility man Donovan to edman. Not a mo fan but that was a good deal for him two thumbs up for me

Donovan in LF, Noot in RF and Walker in Memphis would have been the correct play!

The last 2 weeks plus before his wrist, walker was very good here. He is the age that if he is going to be great now is the time.

The .287 oba is abysmal. He's creating 4.2 runs a game for LA. For the Cards he created 4.7 runs a game.

Currently Edman has a +1.3 bWAR with the Dodgers. That's a solid starter for any team at this point in the season, and with his positional versatility great insurance if any injuries occur within the Dodger's positional players. He helps make a team marginally better than they'd be otherwise.
