he's not a Roby fan. He just hitches his wagon to the best boxscore in Spring Training on any given day, and then proceeds to die on that hill. 2024 Spring Training he proclaimed Drew Rom the next John Tudor, and ignored 7 of his 8 starts in 2023. He focused only on his 5 innings of not getting pounded into the ground by Balitmore. Then Rom had elbow trouble and wasn't heard from again for over a year.
