2025 Libby Home:
5 GS
3 - 0
1.69 ERA
0.84 WHiP
.198 .231 .276 .507 slash against
2025 Libby Road:
6 GS
0 - 4
4.45 ERA
1.27 WHiP
.271 .302 .398 .701 slash against
Good in half his road starts, not in the other half
Similar to S. Gray's 2024 splits (Home: 2.79 ERA/Road: 5.20 ERA)
Umpires give the home team a break. MLB needs the electronic strike zone now.
There is not a meaningful difference in his strikeout and walk rates home & away.
His BABIP allowed is 77 points higher on the road (.327 to .250)
A lot of it is SSS noise.
Career splits 50% more walks on the road. MLB needs electronic strike zone.

I’m quite positive that this thread is about his 2025 performance. You’re free to blame the difference on strike zone interpretation… I’m just saying the data doesn’t support your theory.

7 games is a small sample size. Over his 102 game career he has 50% higher walks on the road. Do you disagree we need the electronic strike zone?

If you want to have a conversation about a completely different topic, go ahead and start a thread about it.
Different strike zones home and away as a theory to support his splits is completely baseless.

Can you provide the umpire auditor scorecards to support your theory? There is one posted for every game. Cliches don’t prove a theory.
