Having never seen JJ play I can only guess based on the opinions of others.
And my guess would be 2B.
If Arenado is actually dealt I think Donovan would be the best bet for 3B.
Gorman? Who knows.
I hope they all produce and make it a difficult choice.

Assuming JJ develops as fast as some are saying and they can dump NA, there are 4 guys looking at 2nd and 3rd. Saggese, Donovan, JJ and Gorman (keeping him in picture for now).

First decision is what happens to Walker in outfield. If he does not stick that forces Donovan in the outfield, correct?

Gorman is really questionable. I think he is gone.

Therefore you have JJ and Saggese for the two positions.

Of course if NA can’t be dumped or Ivan is converted to outfield who the heck knows. Someone has to get traded or not signed.

I'll say third base. Neither Donovan or Saggese have an arm for third. I think Nado is probably trade bait in the offseason. Even if he has another meh year, his contract gets cheaper next season.

Hard to say

He has cut down his KO rate and his chase rate but we haven't seen that translate into positive results.

He may be better suited now for Memphis where he can get AB's since Burleson has passed him for LH at-bats when Hererra catches.

It seems to me that Winn is the SS of the future. If JJ has the arm, I would bet he ends up playing 3RD or traded if he insists on being SS.
