way back in the day when i played -- i had a couple of bone bruises but never in the knee mine were both on my right heel from faking a break and stopping hard and man did they hurt for a couple of weeks...i have no clue how you get one to the knee while running, my thoughts are he had to have taken a blow to the knee? same with trout if its in the knee?scoutyjones2 wrote: ↑02 May 2025 16:01 pm Trout has a bone bruise now...looked like it happened running.
