I had no idea that many front office executives had nicer families than Mo…..
That’s [fork]ing funny . This thread will turn into a front office (donkey) kissers circle jerk!

I never said Mo or the front office was doung a great job. I just responded to the poster who wrongly stated nobody would want to play for the Cardinals, because that just sn't true. I dont hate Mo, but I am like a lot of others who look forward to the end of his tenure because its past his time. You Mo haters are sure a sensitive and insulting group when people dont hate Mo and Ollie with your same childish intensity.

It already seemed like a complainers circle jerk. The same posters gripe about Mo and Ollie on nearly every thread several times a day. It gets tiresome .

The question then becomes was Bloom the reason for their success and if so why did the flop in Boston?

Well put. I agree that it's time to move on with more sophisticated developmental equipment and younger coaches who know
how to train with it. Not caring for BDW and Mo is fine because they may not have kept up with the times as much as they should have, but the hatred is far to the extreme side. One poster even said he would punch Mo in the nose if he ever ran into him in person. It's gotten to be that ridiculous.

I guess Bloom and Cerfolio don't move the needle.
I don’t think they’re even taken into consideration yet.
Idk why not. Bloom has been a part of the front office for over a year now.
They vote on leadership, and are probably influenced by the lack of moves during the off season.
I that it has more to do with not following a plan. Jr is either completely in denial or senile about the state of the organization. The 3rd is not interested. And, well; Mo is Mo. I have always felt Bill Jr. Was the driving force and age must have caught up. It's all gone south.

Advanced age makes one more reliant on existing habit patterns, and an appreciation of friends who have been loyal friends for decades. That includes people in the same organization. So yes, BDW has been slow to pull the switch. But at least the switch has been pulled now.
