Scott is doing very well. How about if we let him be a very good Victor Scott II?
Cool ! But if he can be comparable to Brock. That would be acceptable with you, right? lol
It's unfair to compare a 24 year old rookie to a Hall of Fame with 3000 hits and 900 steals. Even a multi time all-star would have problems being compared to those numbers.
I agree with Talkin'. How about we just let him be Victor Scott II?
I think it's not fair to Brock bc not only could he not rap as good as Scott but he didn't even know rap existed.

Why not just talk Cardinals baseball instead of being an agitator. That's all I really am interested in. And you?
Probably because just a bitter miserable old man.

He's got a ways to go for the Lou Brock comp. Maybe more like Greg Brock, at least for now...

I like the fact he bunts to get on base. I said at the start of the season he and Winn need to bunt more often for base hits. Scott's bunt yesterday set up the 3-run inning.

They're both black. They both run fast. Both lefties.
Did I miss anything?

I'll take it a step further....both Winn & Scott should attempt a bunt every game. They will beat many out and it will draw infields in for nearly every AB which should open up some holes for when they swing away. Rod Carew was the master of this...

I’ve said this from the jump. Bunt early on a stud starting pitcher fcks his head and rythm up. Messes with them bad. I agree.
