The Blues have faced down that gauntlet before, Winnipeg then Dallas, both ahead of them in the standings. If you have a Cup Finals team it doesn't make much difference who you play as long as your players don't get beat down fairly or otherwise. That was San Jose's problem, they got physically manhandled in every series.

Still, wouldn't you rather have that route than the alternative ? I would. Blues have a winning record against LA, haven't beaten Dallas yet. Between Vegas & Winnipeg, Winny has a shut-down goalie.
