Good question. Has he learned that sundays, last game of a series, and winning streaks are important. Has he learned you ride a hot hand because at this level you rise above your peers you’re in the zone. Vs right handed pitchers, gorman is the first extra man who will be in the lineup if guys get days off. Donovam will move around and gorman get at bats if walker noot winn arenado contereras(burleson a tually moving 1b and gorman dh), maybe even scott with noot at cf get a day off. I remember TLR would change the lineup if the Cards had won the series. People on here lambasted him for doing that. I looked up the Cardinals record for the last game of a successful series.
