I've been saying for some time now.
Convert him to the closer role when he comes off the IL, he's got D. Williams like stuff and has potential as R. Helsley's replacement after Hells is dealt or walks at seasons end.
He's just not going to hold up as a starter.
Correct.
Hope is not a strategy.
It is, however, often a masquerade for stupidity.
Hey looks like ME-ville is back after getting dragged off the field Thursday!
Probably released him because he wouldn’t S[top] T[hose] F[raudulent] U[tterances]???

He's never reached 100 innings, time to shift gears and make him the future closer.
99 MPH fastball coupled w/a terrific change-up = D. Williams type stuff as a closer!
Prep him to close this season when he comes off the IL, give him a shot at taking over for Helsley who's gone sometime in 2025.

Since they did not trade him when I correctly advised, that is now indisputably the CORRECT BASEBALL DECISION.

Mo has been stuck in neutral for too long, hopefully C. Bloom already has a plan in place for moves like this (and dealing tradeable players before they lose value).

Super Slo Mo defining characteristic is fear.
He has admitted as much many times.
Once he falls in love with a prospect, that love is unbreakable until Mo's heart is broken.
The best thing that could happen to prospects in the system is Mo's departure (with The Marmot's departure being 2nd).

Spot on w/the "fear" factor.
Since being burned (re: S. Alcantara/Z. Gallen) I've been told Mo must "DESTROY" the other GM or he's loathe to make a BIG trade.
And once Mo is gone at years end, Oli has lost his heat shield and I look for Bloom to say "Bye-Bye".
