C- B
1B- A-
2B- B-
3B- C
SS- B+
LF- B-
CF- D
RF- D
DH- C
Rotation: C+
Bullpen: B+
Management C-
This is based off a combo of 2024 and ST. Example: Obviously Winn was terrible in ST, but last year he led rookies in bWAR, so until proven that he can't hit he still should get credit for that. Likewise, Scott crushed it in ST, but CF was beyond terrible in 2024, so I can't give that more than a D at this point. Second base depends on how much PT Donovan gets there.

Forgot SS and DH lol
I think Winn has a sophomore slump. C
DH could be a C+ if Baker and Burley are platooned appropriately.

So with Scott in the outfield is
Donovan getting most of the innings at second? Where is Gorman fitting in?
Yes
Norman/Burleson share DH time along w/Baker

Per Oli pretty much every player is going to “share” time. There will only be 3 everyday regulars in the lineup, Nado, Contreras, and Winn.

Share my a z z.
How the h e l l is Noot NOT a regular in that weak OF?
Same w/Donny who better be at 2B at least 90% of the time!
I swear Oli is the worst Manager I've ever seen in a Cardinals dugout, the little moron is clueless.

C) B+ Herrara / Pages Herrera becomes the best hitting catcher in the league this year and we see a slight improvement on his arm. Ideally Pages doesn't start more than twice a week.
1B) A Contreras / Burleson / Baker Contreras wins a silver slugger.
2B) Gorman / Donavan C+ Average Defense. Gorman's pop will be nice but his average will suck. Donavan's Average will be nice but his pop is light.
3B) Arenado B- Arenado hits 20-30 homers with a .250-.270 batting average. Still slow on the base paths. Defense above average
LF) Nootbaar A - Stays healthy and we finally see what everyone saw flashes of. Close to .400 OBP at the top of the lineup. Lots of runs scored, some steals, 20 - 30 homers.
CF) Scott 11 B+ - If he can carry a fraction of his momentum and they give him runway his 50 plus stolen bases with 10 - 20 homers will feel incredible with great defense
RF) Walker B+ - Hits 25-35 home runs. Steals 10-20 bases. Defense turns in to average.
Rotation B- Unless Gray is really injured, our rotation will be above average.
Bullpen B- Will be similar to last year.
Scott 10-20 homers when he’s never hit 10 in a season is unlikely.

His name says he's an optimist.
Nothing wrong with that but it
does stand out.

Management should speak less.
There's an adage about this somewhere.
