Mock a 5.00 nosebleed ticket all you want. 5.00 before it gets hot as [fork] temperature wise is a good deal even if you're sitting as far away as possible.

Then look at available prices for the series in Chicago and it's 60.00 or more.

Sure play better than expectations and people will come but I think last summer of 10k in attendance is gonna be far more common all year than it won't be
“Esthetically?”
What the hell does that even mean? It’s not a word, Guido.
I had to look up guido because outside of being a slur aimed at Italians i had no idea what you were attempting, plus I'm not Italian to begin with.

Guido:

a man, especially an Italian American, regarded as vain, aggressively masculine, and socially unsophisticated.

Because I spelled a word wrong one which my phone keeps on wanting to auto correct to. That means I'm unsophisticated. Ohhhhhkay nerd.

I mean spelling a word wrong doesn't make me aggressive. However you getting all butthurt over grammar on a message board no less kind of makes you aggressive and the guido.

Any more self projection you feel like vomiting out?

Oh (drat)! Word police in the building. You gonna go get your police outfit of Amazon and come and arrest me officer?
"Word police?"
Funny how people react when their idiocy and lack of a basic education makes them stand out.

You're conflating booksmarts with intelligence. They aren't the same at all. Just an FYI, 26 years ago while skipping school or sleeping in school. My di0loma mill high school threw me in remedial classes. They threw me right back out of the English one after end of the year testing when my reading comprehension level was graded out as a post college graduate at 16 years old. Guess what they did when I was 17 and slept through English class first semester. Threw me right back into the remedial class.

Again you're confusing booksmarts with actual intelligence which screams loudly about how low yours actually is. Hey you got booksmarts, that's great. It allows you to sit on your lard (donkey) all day and read/write emails, good for you.

But you're just like that girl in a video I saw. She had all kinds of degrees. Six people had their IQ tested but all were asked to secretly judge pre-test, the order they each thought all 6 ppl would fall under. Of course little miss booksmarts thought she'd finish first and the military member who was male would finish last because he didn't have "higher edgumacation." Turns out after the test he finished 2nd highest and she finished 2nd lowest.

Yeah you're THAT girl.

I've seen tickets close to the field for the Angels series fairly cheap.
8 rows behind the Cards dugout Section 143 - $24
8 rows behind the Angels dugout Section 156 - $16-$17
2nd row green seats CC7 for $240. Yeah I know not cheap, but for 2nd row not bad.

Weird, if that was the case, then how did the Mets go out and sign Soto to $750 million while the Cardinals cry poor and cut payroll by $40 million?
They have an owner who wants to win and doesn’t care if the bidness is in the red….unlike how we always hear in these parts that its a bidness and BDW needs his pocket change for III

If you don’t like guido, then maybe you should stop making posts with the grammar of a fourth grader.

THe Cardinals ranked 12th highest payroll in 2024 ..$179 M range.. reducing it by $40M would be $139 M approximately

The Royals, Brewers, Orioles, Guardians, and Tigers all spent less than the $139 M Cardinals are expected to spend this year and all those teams mentioned won more games than the Cardinals . Cards don't necessarily have to win less games in 2025 with a lower payroll than 2024.
As an example, Goldy's $25 M or so certainly didn't give the team very much.

Do I want the return of Cardinals dominance and playoff fun? Of course...but i have no control over that.

As a 40 yr old dad of 2 under the age of 8, theres something to be said being able to go to a game for 10 bucks, and sit in a row with no one around you haha.

My kids dont know the difference they still think its cool going to a game, and its a lot less stressful hauling them around the stadium. So I try and look on the Brightside I guess.
