Sonny Gray is the only pitcher in MLB with a FIP under 3.00 and at least 300 IP in 2023-24. Not many others are even close.

But don't let that make you think he's an ace. As a proper Cards fan, you are sworn to remain disgusted that we have no ace and couldn't possibly win a playoff game if we were to sneak into the playoffs any time soon.
