...Cards' 2-3-4 hitters go 7-for-12 this game, for a .583 BA tonight. Need more of that, and Cards will win a lot more games...

Any update on Noot. I saw on X, he didn’t appear to be on the field for postgame handshakes. Injured or maybe some else??

Light headed, little dehydrated. Oli said he’s fine though

Oli also mentioned Graceffo was struggling with command bc of humidity/sweat and couldn't find a place to wipe off

Great game by Pallante, and offense revival was nice to see!

Don’t they have all the Gatorade they need in the dugout?

St. Louis heat and humidity! Sonny Gray couldn’t take the heat either.

...Cards 2026 W-L record with the win tonight now 53-51. Record on July 25th 2025 was 54-51. Cards in 4th place in the division both in '25 and '26, but never got above 4th in '25. The '25 team dropped below .500 W-L on August 14th, never to go above that the rest of the season, and finished 2025 6 games below .500.

I believe the 2026 team will be at least a little better than '25, and hopefully above .500 at the end of the regular season on September 27th. Won't be easy though as their last 6 games are on the road, with 3 with the Pirates, and finish up with 3 against Milwaukee...

And got out of the kitchen and now is doing better in Boston where it’s not nearly as bad
