The team has gotten worse as the season has unfolded. Early on they competed and were mostly entertaining. Since the All Star break, they've been painful to watch.

Over extended time. most of the cream rises to the top. Cards are about middle way up. About right. Will they rise again? I honestly believe that change in both front office and management is at least an attempt.

Kept his velocity pretty well, but lost the strike zone and Svanson came in and Junior hit the slam off him.
Libby wasnt missing by that much. I would have liked to have seen him left in to try and pitch out of his own mess. That’s how pitchers learn and maybe gain some confidence. In a season where we are suppose to see what the young guys can do, why not leave him in there? Oli, still trying to save his job by getting that last wild card! He’s gone against everything this season was suppose to be about! If his name was Shildt, he’d have already been fired!
Reminds me of someone who knows he isn't going to get fired, so he tries to reinvent the wheel. Also of a sneaky dog who bites you when you turn your back on him. Anyway, hoping Bloom takes him out first move.
