Take a break. You’re reaching to serve an agenda. Maybe go watch replays and track the effort to defend.
No agenda the goalie sucks that's that. Sure thing the team D hasn't been good either but again it's 2-1 you cannot give up that 3rd goal it's awful. Then a good shot but right over the glove. The PP goal bobbles off the goalie he doesn't make the save, rebound goal. I've seen the team D be lacking you are correct but the amount of poor goals against vs Binnington is insurmountable
Only a complete idiot puts that PP goal on Binnington.

Watch Bloberg on that goal lol
He’s not having a real conversation.

3rd goal had TWO wingers complety unchecked and uncontested through neutral zone and into our zone. Binnington put the rebound nearly exactly where it belonged, into the opposite side boards. The defending winger was inexplicably no where to be found. Howitzer beats binny as he’s caught in expecting a complety uncontested free shot.

4th goal one single skated skates into the middle of FOUR defenders. There’s was one single lazy stick check attempt before the shooter coasted into the middle of the ice 15 feet in front of goal.

5th goal - power play - Binnington makes the save up high off should on another uncontested shot (an idiot or a liar believes any goalie should hold that puck lol). Rebound goes behind net where it’s uncontested then in front of net through two defenders who take neither body, stick or puck for a back door tap it.

Is Harey the same buffoon that was arguing endlessly about Binnington being worthless last year?
Lol 3rd goal was awful 4th goal was stoppable, 5th goal again no save the entire league knows Binnie is bad no way he should represent Team Canada now. We keep making excuses and keep watching games slip away but hopefully it's Hofer from here on out this is sad
Enjoy your fever dream. I’ve got better [shirt] to do.
Not sure what you are watching Rivers at intermission "I'm sure Binnie would like to have a couple of those back" hmm even the announcers see it

Yeah I'm generally a Binny fan but it's obvious he needs to sit for a little bit.

Before it ends, I’ll just say we got too many goals behind in Binnington was as nonchalant as as the team on the goals 3 and 4 . The whole coverage was suspect.

It would sure be nice if we could actually score a goal and end it well like they did in the second period

Agreed. I'd turn it over to Hofer until he falters, if he does. Binny hasn't played well enough to be a number 1. Time for a change....

Welp two different teams gave up a touchdown last night. At least this one didn't get that far!

That's what they did in 2022. Binny was awful down the stretch and lost his starting job to Husso. Husso even started the playoffs against the Wild but after he faltered and Binner got his chance, it was Jordan all the way until he got nuked by the terrorist attack against Colorado.

I'd definitely switch roles and make Hofer the starter until he either loses it or Binner wins it back.

I got caught up in work and forgot this was an east coast game and completely missed it. 39 shots on goal and we out-hit them apparently and still got smoked even with Pasta and a couple other starters out!?!?!

Can't blame Binnington for the once-again-awful offense but sounds like he was pretty bad in goal?

No, he wasn't bad. The Blues threw open the doors and rolled out the red carpet, eggregious coverage mistakes, bad change, low intensity. The hits are very deceiving, Blues lost a ton of key puck battles. Offensively very few of their shots were threatening.

You’ll have to wade through the weirdos agenda on here but no, Binnington played pretty average.

Great start but seemed to cut back the compete when the team in front of him shut down and left him out to dry in the first two goals.

For what it’s worth - ignoring wierdos cherry picked out of context comment from Rivers - rivers and Rutherford spent the postgamer admonishing the lack of compete and defensive effort from the team and Montgomery explicitly stated Jordan was the best player on the ice.

What did you expect Monty to say? He wasn’t going to throw Bin under the bus after the dust up from the Ducks game. I thought he should have pulled him at 4-1 when there was still a chance in the game bur i suspect Monty was trying to avoid another scene (and he probably realized changing goalies wouldn’t light a fire under this moribund team). The after game interview with Monty was pure Coach Speak - no truth to any of his comments other than the terse “Yes” when asked about his surprise the team still hasn’t gotten his message

Yeah, that 4th goal was emblematic of the season so far. The laziness and lack of aggression toward the puck carrier were unacceptable.
