2011
+2000 or 11th favorite.

All of this stuff is basically opinions. Contrary to how some think, Vegas is less about getting it right than
they are the results of opinions and attempting to split the action. The attempt is to not be over on any side.
Apparently in 2006 the Cards were thought to be a strong team. 2011 an upper third team as for as the WS goes
and not based on divisions, this projects how they are seen verse other teams in seasons that a division may be seen
