Remember when several on CT stumped for the Cardinals to make a play a sign him a couple of years ago?
He's being paid only $15M to pitch for the Mets this year. He has an opt out after this season.

I'm happy Bloom got his way. It was time for Liberatore to get an extended run in the rotation and he's making the most of it with a 0.94 WHIP. 23 Ks to just one walk.

...Cards snakebit today...Cards runners at 1st & 2nd no outs, Donovan AB, has 9 pitches and GDIP on the 10th. Noot at 3B with 2 outs and Arenado HBP. So 1st & 3rd and 2 outs... Let's see if they can get a score somehow..

Donovan should have struck out, too. It might be bases loaded with 1 out if things were normal.
