there's a point when the production on the field is on the manager...this happened last year and it's carried over to this year. You can't keep Oli with performances like this.

Oli is everyone's buddy and when your buddies with the entire team, good luck holding them accountable for mistakes or pushing them to practice things they may not want to do.
