is that the 2nd time in last few days Scott has tried to bunt with 2 strikes? he's not that good of a bunter for that
Brain dead. Just like the out at third earlier. Oli should seat him and Winn. But it starts at the top.

What should he have done on that grounder behind him and right over the bag? He's tagged out if he goes back to the bag.
Cards Talk has already benched half the team and we're winning 1-0 and coming off a sweep. Weird place this is.

Scott was stone dead on the 3rd base play. He couldn’t retreat.

Pessimism is a winning strategy. I firmly believe this!

We can only hope Pallante feels the pressure of McGreevy taking his rotation spot if he doesn't pick it up.
Great job through 6 so far with tons of groundball outs.

Pallante has been a wild ride this year. You never know which one will show. But he's on his way to quality start #6 which is solid for a back of the rotation pitcher.

They can't sit everyone you want them to sit. They wouldn't field a team.

question: I think I read Herrera out 2-6 weeks, is that right? Chip just said "a significant amount of time."

Why do you not let Pallante go one more? This is the same mistake Oli made yesterday with McGreevy
