The Cards seemed to have cut down on the K’s this year?
But:
Pitch them away and they pop everything up trying to pull.
Throw them slow (bleep) in the dirt and they flail away also.
Watch Toronto. No pop ups and use the whole field.

Blue Jays also have the luxury of facing Cardinals pitchers. 39 hits this series.

Contreras had a wretched start at the plate but his OPS is sitting at .755 now. He's trending toward his usual .800+.

They have had some cheapies but they put the pressure on the defense.

Scott on 1B, Noot swings at a ball low, preventing a SB. Totally lost as he Ks on 3 pitches, taking a strike down central and swinging at 2 balls.
