I think there should be a rule that, if you take your pitcher out because of injury, real or perceived, automatic IL stint

Why? Libby is sitting on the bench..
Why was he pulled if not injured. No treatment? No medical tests or examination in the clubhouse?

He never went to the training room. He was standing in the dugout talking with some guys and the pitching coach.
