It'll be quite a while. I don't know this for a fact, but it would appear that they almost recruited Tim with getting the morning after on their hd2 station, then having him do an hour show between 10 and 11. He secures his own advertising and pays out of that so the only real cost the station has is the broadcasting cost and equipment. I'd imagine they save quite a lot of money that way.

I'm sure the station appreciates all of the chatter about a show no one says they listen to anymore.

101.1 needs to hire Bernie back ASAP

I know some in here don't like him but no one can honestly say that Bernie doesn't bring relevant sports talk that he tries to backup w/research and facts.

The funny thing is all three are solid sports journalist, not sure why they want to play grab a z z and act like idiots.

I don't either. Their listeners are actually worse then them.

Jackson is brutal, absolutely brutal, and Doug Vaughn sounds like he's laboring to even speak. It's a bad show. Really bad.

I try about 1x a week to see if they are talking local sports. It’s awful

So, I didn't read all of the posts on this thread, but, I'm obviously one of the few that absolutely love the TMA show. It's a special brand of humor that you either get/like, or don't/hate. I can't stand Karraker, personally, and Danny Mac, either, so, that show was never going to do it for me. I like the drive home show, also. Particularly, Stalter and Rivers, and Davis is starting to grow on me. The Marsh kid, not so much. Entertainment is very subjective, especially the comedy aspect. To each their own!

Kevin wheeler, to me, is by far the best local sports radio guy there is. Bernie has been better on gashouse gang, but when on kfns he would just straw man the internets most extreme, ridiculous takes. And his partner was just a yes man. Never disagreed, always said “I’m right there with you.”
