These guys seem to think the d-coordinator of A&M figured out what MIzzou was going to do by the dumb play calling which was leaving a pattern.
Drink aint ready for the big boys it seems

Every team looks to find their opponents' tendencies. Good teams scout themselves to avoid being predictable.
I have no idea if TAMU picked up a tell from film study or otherwise, but if they did it would have to be something specific.

Whoa there Georgia boy.
If you want to fit into this forum, then you need to put Mizzou on an island and truly believe these things only happen in COMO.

Bottom line and I think most of us know it and have thought it for a while and if its not sunk in yet, you never will. The bottom line is we have some great players, but we have some of the worst coaching I have seen in a long time.

What ...its only the second time this year after a bi-week that Mizzou wasn't prepared to play.winonsports wrote: ↑11 Nov 2025 12:47 pmWhoa there Georgia boy.

What.....if you don't think they were prepared for either game, then please don't make any more observations on this forum.Rantz wrote: ↑11 Nov 2025 13:46 pmWhat ...its only the second time this year after a bi-week that Mizzou wasn't prepared to play.winonsports wrote: ↑11 Nov 2025 12:47 pmWhoa there Georgia boy.

Heck, you are part of the vocal minority who beached and moaned about an over-agressive penalty on Alabama's first series, after Mizzou scored on its opening possession, costing us the game

What I saw: Mizzou let Zollers take more shots down field than they did Pribula. Zollers has a somewhat funky release, almost side armed. He also has plenty of zip. When he DID try those so-called safe throws, his receivers had difficulty catching the ball. Unlike Pribula, who couldn’t wait to get out of the pocket, Zollers at least TRIED to step up in the pocket. This did lead to a couple of fumbles, but part of that was due to the fact Zollers held the ball a little too low. That’s correctable. Free Marquis Johnson. Gotta start making teams respect his speed. Finally, both Hardy and Roberts have shown the ability to catch. Try isolating them on a linebacker on a circle or wheel route. I just wish Zollers had been allowed to run the offense when he played against CA, Louisiana and UMass.

You're only here to troll Mizzou.

Not playing him more in bought games is always a mistake when he is the only schollie backup. But not having more Hot receivers available and NOT throwing more to your backs and TE's was mistake but then that's how awful Kirby has been. Should have fired him before bye week to give ANYONE else a opportunity to coach him up and prepare him.
I really like Eli as CEO but fact he refuses to do the obvious and jettison a mistake OC makes me think so much less of him.
Now those picking SEC games are all picking State which to me is mistake. Mu's D is still formidable and should be effective against them and they can't stop the run so heavy dose of running then play action and for the love of God throw a long pass to speedy!!!
Again with Kirby calling plays and scheming, little hope there.

Why do you like Drink as CEO if you hate his choice of OC so much?hdhntr148 wrote: ↑12 Nov 2025 16:52 pm Not playing him more in bought games is always a mistake when he is the only schollie backup. Kirby is not perfect by any means, but at some point maybe the players just aren't good enough. The Oline has been between average and bad, and the third string QB is a Freshman who banged up his hand early in the game. Mizzou could hire a new OC, but the players still need to get it done. They simply don't have the players on offense or STs right now to get the job done. And maybe Pribula isn't THE man. That falls on Drink.
I like Drink, and I hope he stays, b/c I don't know of anyone available who I'd be confident could do better. At some point, he needs to hit on a QB he brings in. Until then, Mizzou is not making the playoff. They have a ton of work to do in the portal. The Oline needs to better across the board, and he has to replace nearly the entire defense, Carnell, Mclellan, Wilson (probably), Young, Newson, Pride, Catalon, Norwood, Jacobs, Webb, Hall, etc Needs a top 10 portal class again.
