BP injury and what it may mean...

Post by JackBolly »

...based on just today's 2nd half Zollers looks like the real deal for a SEC QB. And yet, BP got the start and has struggled greatly in the SEC. Silver lining as now Drink has to play Zollers rather than sandbag him.

Agree Zollers looks better. Hope he can build on yesterday and become the freshman sensation he needs to be.

This was addressed in another thread, but it’s probably been a money decision from the beginning.

doutful it's money. More like Beau looked good as did Sam and they had experience in Power 4 program while Zoller was true Frosh and coming off a bad leg injury.

Have been wondering for some time as Beau has made throwing INT a game his thing but worse NOT being able to locate his secondary targets the kid was a better option. But again These SEC and Power 4 HC's are reluctant to have their careers over to true Frosh.

anyway no longer a question and we can see what this highly touted kid can do. His problem will be he has a lousy playcalling OC who is not any better being is QB coach. Hopefully his talent will help him overcome those issues.
