Greta?
Re: Kyrou
Even though he hasn't found the back of the net Kyrou has been playing (in my view) the best hockey of his career. He's often been carrying the play, creating scoring chances for himself and others. He's checking all over the ice and there's been no sight of his former wanderings and careless play. He looks like a seasoned pro out there. This goes back into early camp, I noticed the difference in him first time he was on TV.

Re: Kyrou
I thought he looked horrible much of the year and didn't start to look hungry until the end of the first period yesterday. His passes on the rush have been, on the whole, atrocious. It's like he gets confused and pukes it up the ice to...anybody. He did look hungry most of last night. I hope he isn't bringing Holloway down with him.DawgDad wrote: ↑14 Oct 2025 14:05 pm Even though he hasn't found the back of the net Kyrou has been playing (in my view) the best hockey of his career. He was praised for his patience on the assist to Schenn, but for all that "Patience"' the pass was off, and it was a testament to Schenner that he buried that deflected pass.

And his contract for 35 goals is a bargain.

The problem is, he needs to continue rounding out his game while still scoring. Both. Not one or the other.
Still early. We'll see if he can do that.
