I didn't see it either. This same tv crew last week had a similar play; forget the game; but they said helmet to helmet isn't targeting...has to be with the crown of the helmet....

Doesn’t have to be with the crown of the helmet. The crown of the helmet doesn’t matter it’s it is a defenseless player. If defensinsless player than any form of helmet to helmet is targeting. If they are not defenseless then the crown of the helmet then kicks in.
